Why I Willingly Surrendered My Hard-Earned Medical License In California

“To hold my teacher in this art equal to my own parents; to make him partner in my livelihood; when he is in need of money to share mine with him; to consider his family as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they want to learn it, without fee or indenture; to impart precept, oral instruction, and all other instruction to my own sons, the sons of my teacher, and to indentured pupils who have taken the Healer’s oath, but to nobody else.

I will use those dietary regimens which will benefit my patients according to my greatest ability and judgment, and I will do no harm or injustice to them. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Similarly, I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. First, Do No Harm

This is the HIPPOCRATIC OATH that I and all doctors must take before graduation. ARE MODERN DOCTORS HONORING THIS OATH?

This blog will be a tearjerker for me to write.

It pains my heart to see the direction the west coast medical boards have taken in recent years. EVERYTHING is politicized. Over the last three years, we have witnessed a mass effort to tell half-truths and to purposely fool people into submission. We have watched our medical boards bend to governmental and pharmaceutical persuasion, blurring the lines between politics and true science. In California, particularly, the government has taken a dark stance with the medical boards to punish and humiliate physicians who not only practice holistic medicine and go against the grain but to mark their license with a scarlet letter if they go against their agenda with vaccines.

72 doses of vaccines are required to attend school in California. REQUIRED. When I attended school, none were required. I got 15 vaccines throughout my upbringing. Am I still considered immune? Likely not, yet I am the healthiest I have ever been at 44 years of age.

The History of Vaccine Laws in California

Senator Pan wrote and pushed SB277, followed by law SB276, through the senate in Cali, where it was approved, despite courtrooms overflowing with angry mothers. Social media was rampant with videos and posts of mothers all over Cali who physically went to the capital in opposition. Many of them had signs. Some read MY BODY, MY CHOICE, while others echoed the sentiments of mothers who had witnessed overt side effects from vaccines in their own children. Why do we discredit and ignore VERY IMPORTANT anecdotal stories from mothers who know their children best? It is not uncommon.

SB277 was approved and passed into law in 2015 by Governor Jerry Brown, when I arrived in Cali. It eliminated all personal belief exemptions but still allowed a limited scope of medical exemptions for vaccinations for children to attend school. It was considered a public health triumph for many who believed the limited science. I was not familiar with the law as I should have been, but I had heard the whisperings of a state that was quite malignant about thinking differently in the medical world. The medical exemptions allowed included four family members who had a diagnosis of autoimmunity, neurological conditions, anaphylaxis, or severe allergy, etc. It contained a very limited scope for exemptions, regulated by suits that have zero clue about health and the body. Many known and previously understood side effects of vaccines have been changed and redlined by those in governmental offices.

For example, Hannah Poling, daughter of an autoimmune immunologist, regressed into a nonverbal mode labeled neurological encephalopathy after five vaccinations at once. They sued the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for compensation under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and won. This was previously called AUTISM, but the government, which has canoodled with the pharmaceutical industry for years, has redlined, removed, and changed medical terms while hiding pertinent information from the public. The Hannah Poling case result was sealed from the public. I want to mention that Hannah had a mitochondrial enzyme defect disorder. However, we now KNOW that a toxic lifestyle can impair mitochondrial damage and enzymes. The kicker is that, unfortunately, mitochondrial DNA does not have the same repair mechanisms as regular DNA. This means we ALL can have acquired mitochondrial damage that puts us at risk of vaccine injuries as the world gets more toxic.

SB276 was swiftly passed later in 2018 on these points:

• The roles of stakeholders – physicians are responsible for medical exemptions, but schools do not have the capabilities to review those exemptions.
• Reviewing medical exemptions – the school districts and local public health jurisdictions were given no responsibility or authority under SB277 to evaluate the medical exemptions.
• Medical exemptions that were perceived as problematic – the public health board, a health expert (giant eye roll), and other suits determined that vaccines could never cause autoimmunity and other chronic health issues. They did this despite never having a head-to-head study on the vaccinated vs. unvaccinated. Their excuse is that it is unethical. But I’d volunteer for the study….and so would thousands of other friends I know.
• Frustrations and concern over medical exemptions. They were annoyed by the lack of authority for local health departments, concerns regarding the burden on school staff to review these medical exemptions, frustration with the physicians who are signing off on the problematic medical exemptions, and concern about the increase in medical exemptions since the implementation of SB277.

So SB277 was not invasive or stringent enough.

It should be mentioned that Senator Pan, who wrote the law, was paid thousands of dollars in campaign funds from pharmaceutical companies. Some of the studies he published supporting passing SB276, along with his money-hungry cronies, also had conflicts of interest. For example, Dr. Reis, who published Vaccine Medical Exemptions Are a Delegated Public Health Authority in the journal, Pediatrics, had a vested interest as he owns regular stock in GlaxoSmithKline. This is COMMON in published studies.

It is not difficult to change the results of any study by slightly tweaking inclusion and exclusion criteria or the length of the study. How do we wade through the collusion in the science industry to find out what is true and what is made true in the studies via greed?

My Story

In 2015, I moved to San Diego and began practicing in a cannabis clinic, giving cards to qualified patients. About two months in, the front desk girl asked me for a temporary exemption for her 10-year-old son. Her son attended the SD Unified School District, and he had had issues with rampant eczema and asthma. When I saw him, he was covered all over his extremities, excoriating his skin in front of me. I saw no harm in giving her ten-year-old a TEMPORARY exemption. It was for three years and excluded only TDAP. I finished my tenure there when the clinic owner fell ill with a life-threatening condition. The shop was closed. I forgot about that exemption and moved on.

I then began working at my favorite job of all time, Nourish Medical Center. The owners and colleagues were all like-minded and aligned. None of us believed in vaccines. I was the only medical doctor working there among a sea of naturopathic doctors. It was heaven. I paired up with Dr. Elana Roumell, a pediatric ND passionate about protecting fragile children from unnecessary vaccines. She and I were both appalled at what we had seen some vaccines to do some children (ya know, since we are all different) and felt strongly that California was DEAD wrong in passing SB276, which forced 72 doses of vaccines on all children to attend public school.

Dr. Roumell first saw all the children and parents who came to the clinic. She had read and reviewed the laws extensively, so we followed protocol down to every line. After she wrote her note and made legal recommendations, it was my turn to follow up and approve the exemption since I signed them. I saw every patient and reviewed their histories and their family histories. I even chased down physical evidence of diagnoses so people could avoid vaccines if their immune systems were already imbalanced. Remember, any stressor can imbalance a body further. Sometimes 6/day in, a developing immune system in a very toxic world.

Then in 2018, out of the blue, Voice of San Diego thought it relevant to publish every single unvaccinated child’s name in the SD Unified School System in the paper, along with the doctor who gave the exemption.

San Diego Unified Vaccine Exemptions

It was evident at this point that the state public health department was working with San Diego Unified. There was a mole in the school divulging patient information. How is this legal? But yet IT HAPPENED. This made it an OBVIOUS agenda to single out these unvaccinated families and witch-hunt the doctors who were writing them.

Then one day in 2019, I got a phone call from PIC-Physicians for Informed Choice. They informed me that the San Diego Attorney General had met with the public health department and the medical board. They were devising plans to vaccinate the fragile unvaccinated children, whom doctors had deemed NOT SAFE to vaccinate. They had sent out letters to the unvaccinated’s parental units that read with a sense of urgency.

“We need to check your health records, FOR YOUR SAFETY, to ensure that your vaccine exemption is legitimate. Sign this paper that allows us to look through your health records.”

It sounded rather pressing, urging parents to sign the letter so they could proceed with their plan to protect the kids. PIC asked me to call all of my patients in the SD Unified School District and ask them NOT to sign the letter. I called everyone urgently, and all seemed well. Everyone was against the pharma agenda and wanted to protect their child, many of whom had been injured or damaged due to previous vaccinations. Nothing seemed to come of that, so the state and legal system continued to put their heads together.

Then a few months later, Nourish Medical Center got a subpoena from the San Diego Attorney General requesting a full patient record. The clinic and I assumed it was for a family court case and sent it promptly.

Months passed without any word or notice. Then in 2021, the clinic received an email from the medical board informing them that there were two open investigations against me for vaccine exemptions. The one from the cannabis clinic….as well as one that Dr. Roumell and I had done. It was a child whose sibling had autism, and this child had experienced side effects from vaccines. The child was only 18 months old.

I subsequently got word that California had passed a law that essentially made crime legal. They were subpoenaing patient medical records without their knowledge or permission and opening them up under the guise of safety to check the vaccine’s legitimacy. Then I understood what I had unwittingly sent them under that subpoena. It is quite disgusting what California has done.

The SD Attorney General HOUNDED my former cannabis clinic owner, who was nearly on his deathbed and out of state. See for yourself with these texts he sent me. When he ignored her request for 4-year-old records on the 10-year-old with eczema, she sent a subpoena to his mailbox in San Diego. Out of fear, he complied and sent the records. Ms. Heunis is a sad and sorry excuse for a lawyer. She is on the wrong side of history and does not seem to care.

You may be asking why this is their agenda. They start with the chidden and then come for the adults, as you can see with Covid-19. The pharmaceutical companies are using our tax dollars to do this.

In California, if they discipline a doctor, put them on probation, or have their license revoked/surrendered, the board and health department can nullify all other vaccine exemptions given by that doctor to fragile children. It is downright wrong. They continued to hound the doctor I previously worked for.

Although out-of-state and deathly ill, this kind doctor was forced to subpoena medical records, an action he inherently disagreed with it. I immediately got Covid after hearing that news and sobbed myself to sleep every night for a week. Then, I hired a lawyer. He entertained the kangaroo courts, where he was likely friends with all the other judges, lawyers, and players in the field. He played within the rules and did not take risks while preaching how terrible he felt for all the docs. I feel sorry for him, stuck in a system he disagrees with but having to follow the corrupt rules to make a living. Over time, I have learned to have as little faith in the legal system as I do in the medical system.

The crazy thing about all this is that they are getting us doctors in trouble—AND TAKING THEIR LICENSE AWAY—for minutia. Things like not charting a physical exam properly, not signing their charts on time, or leaving out medical information the board deems necessary. This is how they retroactively got me in trouble, even though Dr. Roumell and I were acting in unison and following the law. They are subpoenaing charts and deeming themselves gods over doctors and their medical judgment that they spent years sharpening. This is the POLITIZATION OF MEDICINE, and they trust that all of you won’t care, so this will continue.

My fate ended up the same as my heroes before me: Dr. Bob Sears, Dr. Kelly Sutton, Dr. Tiffany Baer, Dr. Ken Stoeller, Dr. Paul Thomas, and more. No doctors who wrote childhood vaccine exemptions have been found innocent by the board of California. They are RETROACTIVELY punishing doctors who followed the law under SB277. For example, I followed the law under SB277 with Dr. Roumell, and got into trouble for improper charting and not following THEIR standard of care. What if a board-certified and trained doctor saw differently? Are questions and differing opinions not entertained? No. This would lose money for Pfizer, J&J, Merck, and all the pharma companies, which have begun harvesting our tax dollars for injections. The whole system is bought and reeled in with the boards working within “Standards of Care” and hiring THEIR experts who agree with THEIR version of science.

My lawyer dragged my case out and did not get me a reprimand. Instead, the board called for three years of probation, 90 hours of ‘re-education, and a stipulated license, not allowing further exemptions.

Honestly, you can go fuck yourself with that noise.

My Fate

I have decided to SURRENDER MY LICENSE rather than bend to their ridiculous punishment as I did nothing wrong. I don’t agree with their bully club on unproven science, nor do thousands of other doctors. They have swindled, redlined, changed names, and persuaded under a monetary agenda regarding vaccine side effects and severe reactions.

I don’t need my license anymore to make a living. My platform Wellness Plus and other business ventures are much more fulfilling as I help others get to the root cause now. I have much less liability not working under the confining restrictions of a medical license, especially in a state which threatens doctors who speak out against the accepted Covid-19 agenda. Whatever happened to science is never settled, and you should always ask questions. Now I can help people freely and teach interested medical doctors. Don’t worry, I have had to work hard to get here. I cried for weeks and still feel heavy about it some days. I worked most of my life for my degree, but I know they can never take away my knowledge and who I help in the world. And that gives me solace.

Final Thoughts

They are flat-out lying about just how many children the vaccines do affect. We have not done head-to-head studies. We are now seeing just how important terrain theory is to HOW germs behave in the body. And NOT A SINGLE MEDICINE is good for everyone.

We wouldn’t give Metformin to everyone because not everyone needs it. No one has a metformin deficiency or an SSRI requirement. Why do we believe everyone’s immune system is a carbon copy of their neighbor’s? Why would we think all vaccines, with adjuvants like aluminum, PEG, or mercury, and fetal stem cell lines (regardless of dosage), COULD be healthy for everyone? IT cannot be as we are bio-individual and unique. It is a MUCH bigger deal than ingested toxins. Injected toxins bypass the gut barrier to bind to nucleic acids, DNA, and receptors, and they set off the immune system. SMART science would be screening everyone’s DNA and using a risk and benefit analysis.

My sentiment is echoed in Dr.Paul Thomas’s head-to-head study on vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children, where he showed that unvaccinated children had fewer earaches, behavioral issues, eczema, allergies, and asthma over ten years. Critics would be wise to stop slandering and look at the detailed data that is not influenced by pharmaceutical gain. Listen to doctors. Listen to mothers. Covid-19 has shown us all that one vaccine cannot be RIGHT for everyone, especially when a child’s immune system is developing and learning. Many childhood diseases have been given an added fear, just like Covid.

The truth is that the immune system learns through getting sick. Many childhood diseases are milestones in learning for the human body. Immunity becomes stronger with less toxic food, air, water, soil, and diseases that teach it how and when to fight. It also helps the body discriminate between foreigners that might be attacking vs foreigners that are not attacking it and self vs. non-self (autoimmunity).

Sadly Dr. Paul Thomas, along with hundreds of others, are among the doctors that the California Medical Board has decided to go after and make an example of. (forget the doctors with sexual allegations against them).

The immune system is delicate, and if someone already has a chronic disease, especially autoimmunity, a stressor, even a good one, then it is enough to push the body further out of homeostasis. We do not NEED to know the side effect NOR test EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT, as the medical board’s attorney general argues. That shows a LACK of understanding of how the body works. Any of those foreign ingredients is enough to tip the body into TH2 dominance or another form of imbalance when it is injected straight into our immune system. (see references below, specifically “Autoinflammatory induced by Adjuvants” as well as “Exposure to Environmental Toxins and Autoimmune Conditions” below.) We NOW KNOW toxins bind to hormone receptors and DNA, causing significant changes in health. How can we say that INJECTED adjuvants, stabilizers, and metals cannot do the same? The answer is they do, and they can. There is zero arguments from this medical doctor with extensive training, so why should suits get to tell me what I know to be true in my practice? Or anyone else’s? We should be asking questions, not pretending the science is settled. But alas, money rules the world of science.

We have not proven the safety and efficacy of vaccines yet. They may help prevent disease in some instances, but we have diseases due to toxicities. We should be holding corporations liable for poisoning us and the earth, thereby increasing the risk of infectious disease, as microbes are present to digest organic toxins and waste. They are creating the problem and providing the solution at our expense.

No matter where you stand on vaccines, you should be outraged at what California has done to medical freedom and health privacy. You shouldn’t force your opinion on others just because it is what the majority says. It is no measure of success to be well-adjusted to a SICK society.

So modern, so advanced, so many vaccines—and yet we are sicker than ever, with one of the worst birth rates in modern countries and a level of autoimmunity and chronic disease that exceeds all other countries.
