I Tried Red Light Therapy For 90-Days: A Medical Doctor’s Personal Results

Combining it with RF Microneedling and IPL laser treatments, I aimed to reduce sun damage, fine lines, and improve overall skin health. Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths to boost collagen production and improve circulation, and by the end of the trial, I saw significant improvements in skin texture, tone, and hydration. Sunspots faded, fine lines diminished, and my skin felt rejuvenated, making RLT a promising tool for skin and muscle recovery.
